Southeast

This section is the wealth or money corner of a room or house. Activating this corner along with the north section, will enhance the financial aspect of your life. The north section is the career section of the house.

Place a small red envelope with a few coins in the southeast section. Crystals are prohibited in this area as it is unlucky for this area, unless if you’re planning to place citrine crystal. Citrine enhances the money energy. Metal should never be placed in this area, except for the few coins in a red envelope.

This section represents the wood element. Placing green plants, therefore, will increase income opportunities. Make sure that this area is filled with light so as not to kill the plant. Use the north element of water in this section by placing goldfish tanks or small water fountains to bring more income fortunes.

Southwest

This section represents the marriage and romance corner. It enhances the love or married life once it is activated.

If you want to rekindle your married life, make sure you work on this corner. Activate each southwest corner by placing fresh flowers in the area. If you can’t place fresh flowers weekly, artificial or silk flowers will do. Fresh flowers, however, provide better energy.

Do not use dried or drying flowers. Dead or dying flowers have a negative influence in the energy of the house, regardless of where it is placed.

Stay away from cacti, thorny or prickly plants as they cause arguments among family members. Luxuriant green plants with large leaves should be placed around the house to bring good energy. Make sure you don’t overcrowd this section with too many plants. This corner is represented by the earth element, and placing too much plants, which are considered to be wood element, will not be too beneficial.

Place a pair of crystal swans or mandarin ducks in this section. This will activate love or romance in your life. Crystal is the main element of the southwest section. It is preferred, therefore, for this section to have crystal items.

Bathrooms should never be located in this area of the house. This will cause problems to the marriage in side the house. If you do have a bathroom in this section, try not to make use of it often. Place a mirror on the door and keep the door closed with the toilet seat down.

In the bedroom, mirrors should never be placed by the side of, at the foot of, or over the bed. Mirrors should be placed in the dressing room or bathroom, not in the bedroom.

Water is bad for this corner. It is the worst element and should never be found in this area.

South

Activating this section will help bring your fame. This section is important in enhancing your success and luck in career and business.

Paint this section with red will be beneficial in attaining success and fame. Placing a horse, turtle, elephant in this area ensures your success in completing your projects. Placing all three objects makes sure that you have strength and determination to achieve success.

Make sure that this area is well lit, the brighter the better. Place a world glove if you wish to become famous. Twirl the globe from time to time.

Do no place fountains or sink in this area. Bathrooms are, of course, out of the question. If you do have a bathroom, make sure you don’t use it if you wish to be famous.
